Hello Everyone,
As the end of the season is quickly
approaching, we have begun the process of planning for next
season.
We had a full roster of swimmers again
this year and over the past couple of months have had quite a
number of phone calls of interested families for next season.
This is great news for Chena however, there is only so much pool
time available at the times we need so we expect space to be
limited in September.
As done in previous years, we are giving
our current members the first opportunity to pre-register for the
2010-2011 season. You will find our
Pre-Registration form here that we strongly encourage you to
complete and return by July 1st (one form for each swimmer
please). We will be making this form available to other
interested families shortly and accepting pre-registrations from
them after July 1st.
In addition, by returning your
pre-registration form and payment by July 1st, you will receive a
discount on the Chena registration fee. Your swimmer will
be guaranteed a place subject to acceptance and all accounts
with Chena being current.
Pre-registration forms and payments can
be handed in at the Year End Barbeque or feel free to pop it in the
mail at your earliest convenience to the address on the
form.
